I have a (regular) Reaper in 6.5PRC. Insanely accurate so far and feels amazing. Easily my instant favorite rifle.

Some gripes that would apply:

For the price I could have gone full custom, but it would probably look a lot like the reaper...

Fierce fit and finish sucks. Bottom QD cup has lazy carbon fiber finishing preventing the clip from engaging. I'll probably just Dremel this out. Other areas of sloppy CF work.

When folded, the butt stock doesn't lock in the bolt like the Sig Cross. Bolt can still catch and open.

A couple pounds lighter would have been perfect, but I'm still fine packing my reaper with Leupold VX6HD anywhere.

I am LOOKING at a MTN Reaper, but for that $$$ I'd be expecting a bit more quality in the craftsmanship than what was indicated ... hmmm

Too bad. I was seriously considering placing an order for one but I’ve heard way too many stories about poor quality and craftsmanship to drop that much $.

I realize this thread is a bit old but just starting to look into the Fierce Mountain Reaper in 6.5PRC. Would like it in an 18” barrel and topped with NF 2.5-10. Thinking it would weigh in sub 7.5lbs? I had my hands on the Sig Cross and found it to be cheap dealing compared to my Viking Armament XLR Chassis 300PRC so wondering what the Fierce is like in hand.

Read up on Fierce disaster thread here - lots of people have big issues with them, so I would never buy one without handling/seeing it in person first.

My regular Reaper in 6.5PRC feels great and is an amazing shooter, but the carbon fiber finish is half-assed in some areas and one of the QD cups doesn't work due to sloppy layup of the CF. I'll just dremel it out I guess since I don't want to unmount my scope...
