Looks like this FNG needs to shave about 25” off his estimates

Don't worry. Most guys over estimate them. I had to start mentally -10 inches off every time I come up with a number to get it right. And an autmatic -2 inches off width.....

Kind of like moose - easy to exaggerate the actual size. Gotta go into it by deducting a few inches from your initial assessment.

I am going to guess a 145" and then throw in the extras gets you to 150's. I agree what's been said above. He will be a toad in 2 years. You will know a 180 when you see it.

I agree that when you see a big one you’ll say woah! I could see his rack at 1000 yds w naked eye and knew i was gonna shoot.
