My dad's best friend is from Jamaica originally. One of my favorite meals growing up was this curried goat recipe that we got from him. Also works equally well with chicken (In fact, chicken is what I use most of the time) or wild turkey.

There was a great Jamaican restaurant in Wilmington, Delaware back around 2005. I loved the curried goat they served. Thanks for the recipe!
