Didn’t know where to post this, but thought it worth posting:
Looking to add a Access Bag to an X-Curve frame for general training and outdoor stuff when a full pack isn’t required.
Called SG today to ask a few questions about the Access Bag. Got Andrew on the phone, and was quick to go grab a pack in order to answer all my questions with Access Bag in hand.
Was bummed to find out access Bag didn’t have the internal stitched loops to attached swing outs/ camp pockets/ pull outs like all the SG bags do.

And here it is folks:
Andrew didn’t even hesitate to offer to custom make this. I did not request - he offered up front, no charge to sew in the attachment points so I can pigtail camp pockets/ pull outs vertically in the Access Bag for more organization. Threw in the triglides and everything!
Shipped out later today (same day)

Great company, great product and outstanding customer service.
Stone Glacier will be my go-to for all future pack needs.

I’ll update with pics when it arrives in case anyone is interested in this setup.

Be advised the access bag does not fit tight to the frame. You will need to run the pack straps between the frame and shoulder harness, connecting to the opposite access bag female buckles. I used a separate piece of webbing to do the same on the lower ladderlocks.

Stone glacier is an awesome company for sure. I’ve had great experiences with them as well.

Exactly my plan. Obviously this was going to be a custom application since the straps (length) are meant for bag attachment not the access bag. I have 6 male auto locks to replace both sides male and female of pack straps. (will prob only use the 4 for upper/mid attachments)
Additional webbing, ladder lock, and tri glides for the lower attachments.

Thanks for the heads up though...

Yeah man SG is at the top of the heap with customer service. Last week I returned an item and they called me to verify my return and ask what I didn't like about it for solid feedback. Most companies will email you for stuff like this. This is the 3rd time i've had SG call me to confirm something if they were not sure of my purchase or return.

It doesn't get much better than that.

I borrowed a SG pack from a buddy a few years ago as I was thinking of buying one. Didn't fit quite right on the lumbar pad area. Called SG and Kurt answered the phone. Discussed the issue and he shippef me some different padding combos.

Wouldn't charge me for pads or shipping and told me to not worry about sending them back.
