Favorite Truck Accessories

Did a search and didn't find anything, but wanted to see what are your favorite aftermarket truck accessories for hunting? I definitely like the following:
- Bedliner
- Winch
- All weather floor mats
- off road tires and level kit
- hitch vault key storage

Would like
- Camper shell
- Gun Vault storage (super expensive)

My new 2017 f150 has got part of the following and will have all of it by this next summer.
front leveling kit 2"
load leveler air bags at the rear
led light bar for in the woods roads, better to see a moose than hit it.
led fog lights, factory ones stink.
better traction tires.

Camper shell is the best money I’ve spent. I drive a 2010 Raptor and with the shell it’s a nice hunting rig. All my gear is secure on long trips and I can still throw a deer in the back and not have to worry about carpet getting nasty around here.

Greatest thing ever for knees, dogs, sleeping, sitting in the bed of the truck.

I changed the torsion bar cams, raised the nose 3" and leveled my DuraMax Denali, added a cap and I'm all set.

Rollnlock bed cover or trifold bedcover. Security for my truck bed more than anything. Love them.

After that good tires, some extra ground clearance and a way to get out of a mess. Looking to add a winch at some point.

Tonneau cover, that's it for me.

Bruce those retractable running boards suck in winter country. Build up with snow, mud, ice and they don't retract. That or they retract halway then go back down continually while you are driving.

cabelas hunters tackle back. Attaches to back of seats and keeps your bows out of the way but readily accessible.

billsteins and 10ply tires before it leaves the lot (if it's smaller than a 3/4, otherwise they're standard) are a must for me. Most of mine get toolbox's and/or an auxillary e-fueler on the back.

A heavy duty security cable and tough locks. I lock one end to the headache rack and the other is snaked through the handles of the job box, coolers, and locked to the heavy duty rifle case.

The mud tires are great, too.

In addition to the benefits noted in the above video, a Bedrug provides insulation from the cold for those who camp in their trucks. I don't use a shell for that, rather I prefer a Kodiak Canvas tent I can stand up in however, the Bedrug makes it much more cozy and warm (or cool in the summer) than any traditional liner. I can sit on the tailgated in 120* weather without burning myself, try that with a spray-in liner. Looks nicer too. You can place a box in the center of a Bedrug, drive all crazy and it won't move. Things stay put and as someone else pointed out, the padding is really nice on your knees. I've been putting Bedrugs in my trucks for ages. Best choice available.

No disrespect meant... just if I told my wife I was carpeting my pickup beds, she might divorce me for someone driving a minicooper.

In all honesty I'm sure they work for the mentioned applications. For what I need a pickup to do, it would be soaked with bar oil, 2-cycle, diesel fuel, dog hair, feathers, mud and blood. Cleaning looks easy enough, but I still cant believe prolonged exposure wouldn't have adverse effects (for example if a fuel leaks but it still sits in the bed of the pickup every day.... eventually overtime that has to absorb some and carry odor) I'm with you on the kodiak canv. products though....

Good 10 ply AT tires and a good set of Cam-lock V-bar tire chains. Some tow straps and come-alongs for us who cannot afford a winch. A good front end protector that has the mesh over the radiator area to keep birds and smaller objects out. I need to get the leveler on the front of my 2004 Ford F150. I don't think price is all that terrible either.

The bedrug may not be perfect for a work truck but they are awesome on a hunting rig!
