I’m sure plenty of people will talk shit because they don’t like the owner but Bowmar makes good supplements especially their protein and amino’s.

Species nutrition is also very good but very expensive I usually stock up when they have sales.

I choose to buy from multiple sources. I have no singular “best”. I don’t expect a creatine source to have the best of anything else. Plus there is a financial benefit to shopping around.

All Star Health for the protein I prefer. Amazon for German Creatine. For example.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on Mtn Ops?

I was thinking of trying their stuff because they’re hunter friendly and they help with donating meals to kids in need.

Hammer Nutrition makes a supplement called perpetuem that’s really useful for long hikes (3 hours plus). It’s designed for triathlons and things that that. I think it reduces my recovery time from long training sessions and long pack outs. Good customer service too.
Also Steak Shake might be the best protein supplement I’ve used. Sensitive stomach with some whey protein in the past.

I like naked nutrition for my creatine, bcaa’s, and I use their peanut butter powder. The protein powders I don’t like. I get orgain protein powder from Costco, but that is plant based as whey makes me shit my pants all day.

I don’t do vitamins, just eat right and you get all that you need.
