Fast twist Tikka barrel?

There is a guy selling a factory takeoff 300wm tikka barrel and claiming its 1:9 twist. I asked if he measured the twist and he said no, but that it's clearly marked in the photo.

I dont know what most of this stamping means... Is this clearly marked 1:9? Is there any way this is a 1:9 300wm tikka barrel?

That’s super odd. It would be quite the paradox to twist a 300 win mag 1:9 and mate it to an action that is too short to handle overall lengths much longer than 3.4

I think it's a coincidence that those #s are 1 and 9 but I see why he would think it means 1-9. If it is he probably has the worlds only Tikka 1-9 twist .30 barrel and you better jump on it.

I see nothing that indicates it's a 1-9 twist. Looks like G5119 is some sort of serial number or something for the barrel.
