WTS/WTT Fair price for rem 7400 30-06

I have a remington 7400 in average condition - its been carried through the woods and it shows. All intact, everything works as it should. Ive become more interested in precision shooting and just not reaching for this gun much anymore. Trying to figure out what a reasonable ask is.

I saw them all the time in the the $350.00 range pre COVID and decent shape.

I saw a couple in a local shop two weeks ago, both decent shape. I think one was $450 and the other was $600 with a Nikon prostaff on it.
The strange thing is these are still affordable but the 7600’s (pumps) have gone out of sight. Also, extra magazines for these things are going for 125-150 on eBay.

I might be interested in buying it, I really want a pump but as someone mentioned they have gotten expensive.
