Tons of photography basics vids on YouTube, so I would just go thru a bunch of them. Then you'll find the ones that are focused on the types of photography you want to do, e.g. landscape, documentary, portrait, etc. No real preferences on my side, but Mark Denney has some good stuff on landscape editing.
Editing is a big part. What will you use to edit? Lightroom is kind of the standard, but lots of options. Shoot in raw, vs jpeg, to take full advantage of your equipment if you're going to edit.
I recommend finding books or vids that are specific to your camera, too. Get to know all the features, menus, etc.
