Do any of these batteries actually have a functional switch that turns the power off and on? I ask because I have a couple LED lights that don't have their own switch. The only way to turn them on or off is to unplug/plug. Not the biggest issue in the world but a switch would be nice in the dark as opposed to trying to get it plugged in correctly.

Not 100% sure this answers your question, but the one I mentioned has an LED light that can be switched on and it faces out from the 2 USB ports. Once something is plugged in (or if you turn it on with the switch) it has a backlit screen to show the % of charge.

To follow up on the below post, the screen will backlight when something is plugged in correctly. But, I have not seen one that is "smart" and turns off totally when a device is fully charged. Of course, if its fully charged and you aren't using the device the drain should be minimal until you unplug it.

All the ones I have seen thus far do NOT have a switch to turn the power on and off, other than a switch to turn on and off a light if they are equipped with one. But, the switch for the light, does not turn on or off the power; plugging in and unplugging something to be charged is how it is done. Thus the continual drain on the charging battery when items are left plugged in. It's possible for manufactures to build these things to sense when something is fully charged, but to my knowledge, that is not being done at this point in time.
