External Battery Power Bank Recommendations

For Christmas I'm looking at getting my wife an external battery/power bank to charge electronics on the go. I think she would use it frequently for charging her phone or a tablet my kids tend to use a lot. Having said that, I'm ready to move on from my cheap no-name solar battery pack I take into the backcountry so i'd like to get one for her that I could borrow for that application as well. Two birds with one stone, right? I know I'm an awful spouse.... Anyway any of you have any recommendations on a specific brand and or model to check out? Any to avoid? I think I want at least 10,000mAh to charge a tablet and that would get me a few charges on a phone. Any help is appreciated.

Im using the Zendure its been pretty awesome I picked up the 2nd gen 12800. No issues at all with it and its well made. I did alot of research on them before I picked one. Do your own though for sure. Your needs maybe different

Anker is also another fantastic design. Been thinking about picking it up also

I had been looking at the Anker already as I think it's a solid design. I hadn't seen the Zendure yet but it looks stout enough to handle some backcountry abuse. Thanks for the recommendation.

I'm running the new Anker 26,800mah and it's fantastic. Has 3 Ian charging ports and when being recharged automatically shuts off when it's full. Only "drawback" is its a little heavy.

Yeah but that holds a lot of juice. I'm not sure I need that much as my typical outing is about 5 days max and the wife can recharge nightly. Still good to know a few guys have had good luck with the Anker units.

This limefuel looks really nice. Just a bit more protection then others mentioned above I think. Might be the one I'm looking for. Thanks for posting all this info on these y'all

That limefuel unit looks sweet. It may be a bit heavier than others but I don't think I'd have to worry about it breaking or getting wet. Thanks for all the input guys. This has been very helpful.

I have had an Anker 20000mah for a few years, build quality is very very good. I haven't had an issue and it is very efficient, highly recommend Anker products.

As an update, I found the Anker 20800 mAh on sale at Amazon a few days ago so I ordered that. I was honestly leaning towards the Limefuel but with the sale the price difference made up my mind and I think we'll be happy with the Anker. I appreciate everyone's input as it always helps me to hear from honest users like you guys rather than relying on reviews at the point of purchase. You never can tell if they are fake reviews or not...

I have two "POWERADD" and one other brand (It's in the truck) that can jump start a vehicle. They all work well. One on my Poweradd's is also solar rechargeable (the panel is built in). Just keep in mind that if you charge something and leave it plugged in, it continues to deplete the recharging source. So if you want the most out of your recharging source, charge and unplug immediately, or charge close to full and unplug.
