for $10 more you get 12000 mAh. I am thinking about picking this one up. I see amazon has good reviews on both

Right, but it's also twice the weight. I'm going for 2-3 charges here so I know it's a compromise. Just wanted to make sure it was a good unit.

It appears that many of the new trent products that were discussed in this thread are no longer available. I searched new trent's website and couldn't find any information on their external battery packs. Has anyone found anything newer/bigger/better than those that have already been discussed?

i have many Anker packs.... they are awesome... i will some times carry my fold able solar panel to recharge them.

I am in the market for a portable charger. I have been eyeballing the Poweradd Pilot C. Anybody using one of those?

Have the dewalt unit that works with several of their batts from the big high amp 20 volts to the smaller 12 volts. Works ok
