EXO Mountain Gear Warranty

I have someone that wants to buy my Exo pack, but he wants to make sure the warranty will apply to him since he would be the second owner. The warranty states they will cover defects for the original owner, so that wouldn't apply to the next owner of the pack? I would imagine Exo would fix one of their packs if something was defected, regardless of owner seniority, right?
