Was just scrolling through the socials and noticed EXO is selling a few cosmetic blemished packs for a decent discount. Unfortunately, I’m not in a spot to take advantage but figured some of you might be looking for a decent deal on their pack system.

Edit: here’s the link that takes you straight to the product

Thanks for sharing. I’m torn between 2200 and 3600. I primarily day hunt and for the odd 2-3 day trip I figured I could manage with a 2200 + lid. Any opinions?

If you plan to do any overnights or weekend trips you will be much better suited to the 3600. You are not going to get a sleeping bag into a 2200 or if you manage to you won't get anything else in there.

Definitely the 3600. You can compact the bag down to nothing, bonus is it comes with a lid.

Every time I feel better about selling some gear on here someone goes and posts something like this. Order placed.

Same…passed on the Black Friday sale but was just too weak today.
Thanks (sorta) for sharing.

Super tempting. Still fighting to wait and see what they new light pack ends up being.

Is there any information about the new pack being just a new frame? Or a total new system?

From what I’ve seen in other forums, it’s a new system that will be compatible with the existing K4 pack system. Something along the lines of a 2 pound reduction in pack weight.

I use my 2200 often as I mostly do day hunts from a base camp or home. But I got the pack with a 5000 bag for those multiple night adventures too. Kind of wished it was just the 3600, but it will work. The 2200 is the right choice for me 90% of the time.

Same with the 1800 on my K3 pack. Been great. But I do use the lid as well for both it and my K4 2200.

K2 is going to my son in law. K3 is going to my daughter and I have the K4 for me now.
