I'm short so looking for a smaller frame. Preferably in ranger green but open to others. I'm borderline between small and medium hip belt. Frame-only or with pack, let me know what you got!

FYI you can cut the stays, don’t limit yourself to just the short frame. I bought the 26.5” frame and trimmed them to 26” - super easy to do. EXO actually has a video on their YouTube.

thanks, I saw that but they say that there are limits to this. they say the 25" and 26.5" can be swapped with one another, and the 23.5" and 22" can be swapped with one another, but not to use the long stays in the short frame sheet and vise versa
