Exo k3 frame frame question/ problem?

I have just purchased a k3 frame and crib attachment and am wondering if I am missing a loop. This is my first pack of this quality so I may just be doing something wrong. There is a loop on the left to attach the top crib hook but not one on the right side. I have attached a picture

I do t have an exo frame but it looks like they missed a loop on the right side. My buddy had something similar with his K2 frame and Steve took care of him right away. I would email them or call them, Exo has great customer service.

Yeah your missing a loop. Give them a call they will take care of it.

Don't forget to double check your lid fit. There is a recall on them, I'd hate to see you send it back and not get the lid replaced at the time if needed.
Search the forum for K3 lid recall for more info.

Just an update, emailed them today, confirmed with them that it was indeed missing a loop. They are shipping a new frame, great customer service, makes me glad I bought an Exo.
