This whole thread has been amazing for the past 2+ years. You guys started it, kept it going, and had some great questions and feedback for us along the way. We truly value all of your input and feedback — both as we developed K4, and now, as we have K4 out there on the market.

Stick with a Medium unless you measure under 34. If you're 34 on the nose, or over, the Medium should be best.
