Exo Beaver Tail compatible to Kifaru

Will the Exo Beaver Tail work for Kifaru packs? Has anyone tried it?

Yes it will I have it running on my duplex, the lower straps work perfect the upper straps are smaller but it still works . I took all the exo buckles off and run kifaru buckles and straps. I then sewed just enough cross straps to make it so I could add 2 large belt pockets to the outside. To tighten everything down I run cinch straps all the way across instead of buckling 3 straps per side to hold it in day pack mode.

Youll want to purchase these from Kifaru to make it work. Minus the Tri Glides



Then setup your straps with these buckles instead of the buckles that come with it

Unless you have these laying around already.

And if you want more then 2 straps per side on the Beavertail then add more of the K clip compression straps and more of the buckles. The order list above will only get you 2 straps per side so double it if you want 4 per side. Good luck Lets see photos after you get it done.

Here is one from my late smoke pole hunt. I packed my .06 just for the wolf tag I had in my pocket. The grab it worked good for the extras I will post a break down later. I am new to the Kifaru game so just working things out

No it is CB. Probably just the lighting
