Used the Slupree Stalker on the back panel and was fine, however refills are a tad hard, have to undo/loose a few side straps or undo the top buckles and lay bag out flat. I used it this way for 4 days of elk hunting. home for a few days and going back out. Going to try to keep the SS in a side pocket.

I am ordering a Kifaru bladder pouch to adapt to the Exo, We will see how that works.
