I just picked up one of these. I have an Atlas as well and I like the leg adjustment at the base better than than at the end of the legs on the Evo. I like how quickly the legs can be removed on the Evo, though. Extremely fast.
I'd bought longer legs to use sitting but realized that a bipod isn't all that stable with longer legs. The Evo has two 10-32 screw holes in the bottom for attachments wo I milled out a Gitzo quick plate and attached it to the bipod. Now I can leave it attached to the bipod and mount it on my tripod without removing anything. Here it is before I cerakote it.
