Working on getting a LiftX 29.5 set up this winter with a Ripcord Ratchet limb driven rest, Spot Hogg Boonie, Mathews fixed quiver and some Rip TKO and Goldtip Airstrikes.

Mathews Heli-M
27” 70lb

8” with 1oz up front
6” with 6oz in back

Hamskea limb driven
Spot Hogg Fast Eddie double stack

Easton axis 5mm 340 spine @ 25.5”
125 grain 1.5” sevr
16 grain Easton hit insert
Aae hybrid 26 w/ cut wrap
Aae ip nock on hunting arrows - Eatston on practice
417 grain total arrow weight

Kept the rest centered at 13/16” off the riser. Tuned the arrow from there using different hit inserts and arrow lengths. Shot field point and mechanical groups at 90 yards all together. Full pass throughs on 3 white tail and 1 elk. Had half an arrow out of the opposite side of an elk at 65 yards. Shoots like a dream

Same ol Hoyt RX-1 ultra that I got the day they came out. 88lbs at 31.75”

Black eagle spartan 200 spine with a 100gr kudu broadhead. Total arrow weight is 545gr at about 296fps. Sticking with the kudu broadheads for elk, shooting 1.75” sevrs for whitetail. My setup is a hammer and I built it specifically for elk hunting.

That is wonderful, congrat

The VF are great arrows nice weights to go moderate or heavy depending on points and inserts used and durable.

Yes, VF not TF. I didn’t catch that. I have had great luck with victory arrows, even the cheaper V Force sports. If I hunted out west maybe a smaller diameter arrow would be a consideration but for eastern whitetail hunting inside 30yds, a .246 does everything I need it to. Plus, the lighted nock and component options are better/easier to find.
