I’m dropping weight and going back to the same setup I shot prior.
46# ILF recurve
IMG_0950.jpeg
It's a 19" Dryad wood riser with Uukha Vx long ILF limbs making for a 64" recurve. String is 12 strand 652 endless that I make to fit. Accmos 400's cut 31" with a cheap 2 blade head.

Bow setup has been the same as the last 2 years. It shoots really well for me and I'm mostly happy with it. The UV3 is leaving a lot to be desired with the pin brightness, so that's hopefully going to be swapped out soon.

- Mathews V3X 33, 75lbs @ 28.5", Landslyde/UV3 combo with the double pin, Hamskea Epsilon Rest, Cutter Stabilizers
- Easton Axis Long Range 4mm, 300 Spine, ~483 grains, 125gn Sevr Hybrids or Iron Will S125s. Shooting at 277 FPS
- 4 Fletch AAE Max Stealth

I didn't draw any tags this year, so it'll be OTC Mule/Cous deer in AZ. I amshooting the new Sevr Hybrids and will still have an Iron Will S125 in the quiver. My bareshafts, field points, Sevrs, and Iron Wills are all grouping together out to 50 yards, so I'm happy I have options on what to shoot.

Mathew’s Lift 29.5, 67#, 85% LO, 27” draw. Very basic stabilizer (no back bars, etc.)

Hamskea Everest limb driven rest.

Beereal 2.0 grip.

25.5” BE Spartan 350 shaft, 60 grain BE insert/weight combo, 100 grain Sevr 1.5, DCA Super Sabre vanes helical 3-fletch, Bohning A nock, 404 grain TAW, 14.8% FOC, 281 fps.

Spot-Hogg fixed 3-pin set 35-50-65 yards.

Acquired the Lift 29.5 in January 2024. Tuned easily. I have shot it almost daily with no issues, and great accuracy.

50 and 65 yard groups attached.

A couple of pictures since I took my setup out on the weekend and killed some critters. I imagine I'll keep it like this for a fair while and it'll see use from now up to the fallow rut in April 2025 and further.

Some sweet hardware, folks.

I'm still shooting my beater bow(tech), and as such I have to wear a paper bag over my head like the Browns fans do...
