Everyday Backpack

Another vote for the Evergoods CTB 26L. Absolute best bag I have had for pure office/travel/daily use. It is not a hunting bag tho so if you are trying to hybrid/hunter/office look elsewhere. But for a pure office/daily/travel it's on point.

I've tried:
Kuiu Venture 2300 (not the divide)
Kifaru Shape Charge
Pnuma Day Pack-forget the name, they don't make it anymore, bought it off clearance and returned it.

Of the three hunting packs the Kuiu was the best overall for me and had the best organization, but the Pnuma had the most comfortable shoulder straps. Kifaru was heavy and had the worst shoulder straps, but was easily the most durable. The problem is the shoulder straps and some admin organization.

Honestly I liked the idea of a hybrid one pack to rule them all, but I found that neither really excelled at either. So I went to pure daily bag with the Evergoods and I just bought Exo K4 2200 for day bag that I'm looking to try out this fall.

I’ll throw in another non-standard one (at least for a hunting forum). I use the crap out of my Osprey Talon 22. Love the lightweight ventilated suspension system. Good small pocket storage, side pockets fit large Nalgenes perfectly, stretchy stuff sack in the back comes in handy. Has traveled all over with me as an under the seat carryon (Colorado, Montana, Iceland, etc.). And I use it as a daypack when bird hunting.
