Not sure if you all know or heard but EOTec lost a big lawsuit. In cold temps the sites are losing zero. Beware AR guys.

Interesting. I've had mine out regularly in cold temps, as low as 10 below. No issues, wonder if strength of batteries is a contributing factor.

I sent mine back for a refund, too. I experienced the zero problem and couldn't figure out what was going on. I had it on my short-range pig gun - an AR-15 in 300BO. Sighted it in at 100deg this summer, and at 38deg this winter, I was 6 MOA off!

When I heard about the zero problems, I jumped on the chance to get my money back. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything directly comparable for a replacement. I had the four dot reticle because the subsonic load I'm using drops quickly, and I wanted a drop reticle. I ended up with an SWFA Super Sniper 1-6x24 scope. It's too heavy, but all other parameters point to a good scope for this gun.

Regard,
Scott

Waiting on my refund as well. Now just have to decide Aimpoint PRO or Vortex Viper PST 1-4x. :D

Waiting for a refund. Sent it in through UPS. I heard that USPS told them to send a truck over because they could not deliver the volume of packages they were getting in one day. I am deciding on Aimpoint or Trijicon.
