Very nice Entrek Companion. Entrek is now out of business but his knives were excellent quality. This has been used some, but has no nicks in the blade. It is razor sharp and shows some signs of wear, mostly from the sheath.
The sheath was custom made by a buddy to my specs. It is setup with a Tek Lok belt clip that can be changed from right or left side carry. Some of the best Kydex work you will see.
