If I sell an Encore .50 cal muzzleloader here, does it need to ship to an FFL out of my state?

The first question is whether or not it is a pro hunter or FX model? This is important as the prohunter is considered a firearm in all 50 states (to my non-lawyer knowledge) do to its ability to utilize centerfire barrels

It’s not a Pro Hunter and I’m not familiar with an FX.
It’s just an Encore with the ability to swap barrels.

As long as it can accept centerfire/shotgun, I believe it is universally an FFL item. Any law geeks around here feel free to weigh in.

If it can swap barrels it is considered a firearm and requires shipping to ffl for transfer, if it is a fixed barrel it is considered a muzzleloader only and can ship direct to the buyer.
