Email troubles

My email is a hotmail account. I am not getting any emails from CDOW and I used to up until this springs application season. I called them and they said they are sending them but they are getting rejected. I am pretty dumb when it comes to tech stuff. I can't find anything in my email that has them blocked. Is there some settings or something wrong on my end? Any help would be much appreciated

could u have by accident marked it as spam or something and hotmail blocked that address? if so there is a way to look at who you have blocked in hotmail

I dont remember how exactly but there is a way lol sorry

edit*** ok i went to my email and figured it out,

there should be a picture of a gear in the top right corner, for settings click it and it will bring up a screen, then go to "junk email" and once there you should see something that says "blocked senders and domains" look through that list and see if you blocked them by accident

I found the "gear". But from there I don't see a "junk email". I can go to my junk folder but can't find any settings there.

when u click the "gear" does it not bring up a window that starts with "layout" and there is a list right below layout, that says "compose and reply" and so on and so forth?

I am on a desktop, r u on a phone?

I deal with this frequently at work with clients using Hotmail, @msn.com and other types of email.

1. Check your Junk folder for the missing emails.
2. Make sure your mailbox isn't full or close to its limit.
3. Check your Inbox filter and Sort settings.
4. If Focused Inbox is enabled, check your Other tab for the missing emails.
5. Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders list.
6. Check to see if email Forwarding is enabled.
7. Check if your account is blocked.
8. Remove some connected accounts in excess of 20.

Finally, get off Hotmail and all things related to microsoft. The customer support is non existent
