Elk/Moose group hunt recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a relatively specific kind of hunt to book in the next few years. A group of 5 of us are looking to book a once in 10-20 year type of hunt. Looking to do an elk rut hunt or a moose hunt. Looking for a that happy middle ground of opportunity and trophy potential. Budget is probably 15k per person or so. We are just starting to do some looking around so I figured I would see if anyone had any good recommendations. We are also open to other ideas as the experience of going together trumps what kind of animal we are targeting. Thanks in advance!
