i grabbed the electric Husqvarna 2000 psi from costco. it does ok. hosed crap out of the back of my truck, cleaned some grime off the rims (old brake fluid and dirt). neighbor used it to help dig post holes. hoses off concrete fine. if i had big projects to do like paint the house i'd buy a gas powered one but this works fine for simple tasks and is far more convenient. i already had long hoses and long extension chords.

I bought one and it is super handy. It's quieter than gas as I do a lot of my cleaning early in the morning and late at night. I live in a neighborhood. It isn't close to a gas washer, but for washing vehicles and boats it does a heck of a lot better than a pressure tip on a garden hose. Put a foam cannon on it for washing and it cuts the job in half.

I have a GreenWorks 2100 and it's okay for small stuff. It'll clean a deck but won't cut it. I'd buy a 3k or 4k series if you wanted to do anything remotely serious.
