Effects of different loads on once fired brass

I have acquired a good amount of factory 6.5 PRC ammo in both Hornady Trophy and Match configurations. If I reload the brass with my newly developed load, will I see inconsistencies between the two brass?

There is no difference between the brass on types of ammo, Hornady brass is Hornady brass. If your new load was developed using Hornady brass, it should be really close. Usually just have to test and tweak a bit. If it was not, more than likely no. Different brands of brass can have different capacities which will can have an effect on pressure. Usually waste less components by just starting fresh, in my experience.

Ive noticed some ES changes when using hornady brass from different box types of factory ammo. Not much different than the normal ES spread that I get from hornady brass though...
