Are size sizes correct? Go up or down?
I was there before I saw these posts. Are these the ones that they say water resistant?

Yes they are the water resistant ones. Length is pretty accurate. Width is even sizes only with an elastic waist band so there is room to stretch out if your an “odd” number in the waist.

Here they are. You can order them online. Fit is true to size with maybe a athletic fit so slimmer throughout the leg. I think these are a winner for $20, wish they offered more sizes.

I'll also second the vote for the Wrangler outdoor pants from Walmart. I have several pair and really like them. They're not quite as nice as the Prana Zions, but they have zippered pockets on the legs which is nice.

The pants I have linked were bought from the Costco Brick and mortar. Polyester 95% spandex 5%

I don't see any mention of Cotton on the linked pants, just wish they had offered more colors.
