Bought this a while back for a good deal at a local shop because of the issue with the travel tube. I’ve realized I really don’t need it. 
This is a new never used Echo Indicator 10’ 6wt. The issue is the rod tube the stitches came undone above the zipper. Could easily be fix with a little thread and time. Asking $275 shipped to the lower 48. If anywhere else PM me and we’ll work something out
