Any feedback on the load lifters for this pack? The look like they wouldn't do much based on the angle they're sewn in at.

I keep meaning to move them up on the top so they would work better but never got to it. They are good for a day pack mode, not sure how they would be with a load on it. I feel they need to be higher for a heavy load but day pack they are good.
