I've been shooting Axis arrows since ~2008.
I'm at work, so no picture, but I shot a buck and thought I broke my arrow.
But on closer inspection, my shaft is fine, but the broadhead (Ulmer Edge) entered in front of the front shoulder and burried into the bone in the opposite leg. Somehow, the broadhead stuck and pulled out the HIT insert.
Over the years I've had a few bad shots and pulled and pulled, but never had a field tip pull out the HIT insert.
I'm curious... Is this fairly common? Thoughts?
