Eastern Washington Cows?

Might be the wrong time of year for this, but here we go:
Have a very good friend who is a WA resident and just started this year. He came with me on a Landowner cow elk hunt in Central Oregon and has caught the bug. Unfortunately, the hunt opportunity we had this year is ending (landowner selling).
He's mostly a fisherman though, and is more interested in looking for a meat hunt that pencils out for him.
If anyone knows of a rancher/landowner who outfits/guides/permits cow elk hunting on their property in Eastern WA shoot me a PM. Thanks!

Silver dollar ranch near tri-cities does landowner tags but I believe they usually only do friends/hunters with youth hunters. Might be worth a try? Good luck.

Might check Idaho for an outfitter allotment tag. I'd go through a reputable booking agent

Washington doesn't have a true landowner tag program, they only give out depreciation tags and I believe they have to apply for them.

I second this. Eastern Washington and North Idaho are basically the same region.
