Trying to read up on the fire from last October, with limited success. I called a couple guides and FWP in Hot Sulfur Springs, with it only opening recently I know boots on ground is gonna be tough. Also I know the fire burned super hot, but everyone seemed optimistic I talked to. Even with that and the drought they said regrowth looked good? I imagine the pines got hammered, aspens are so-so, and the draws are the only thing doing well? Just wondering what you all think? The area was pretty much ideal for a fire after hunting it a lot, and I know it'll be a lot different this year. I'm out of state, and couldn't scout when I wanted to due to the closures. Not looking to talk specifics, we all have our spots.
