Early cow elk hunt

I’m trying to find a outfitter that’ll do an earlier rifle cow elk hunt for my daughter. She wants do do a horseback hunt from either a ranch or wall tent. This has been a dream of hers since she was 5/6 and is now 13. I can easily find a late season one but that’ll be the last resort. This will be for next year 2020. Any suggestions?
