I’ve been looking into the Axil gs extreme 3.0 in ear protection, I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on them, or if they have a better recommendation under $200. In ear would be ideal but if there is better over ear options for the price I’ll take a look at them. Thank you in advance!!

I just bought my sister and her boyfriend a pair for Christmas. They seem to like them. I have the Sig in ear and honestly, I'm unsure if I like them or not. Kind of inconsistent. I will probably be replacing them with the Axil.

And the price is pretty good.

what is inconsistent about the sigs. Do they use them for range or for hunting as well?

I have (I think) the 2.0’s.
Used them the first time this hunting season.
They did a lot better than I expected.
Sound had a small amount of “muffling”, wind noise wasn’t bad and they were comfortable for about 3 hours.
I’m going to experiment with the different tips some more to try and find a better fit.
But, I didn’t think that 3 hours was bad for the first time.

Noise suppression was good. No ringing after the shot and noticeably quieter.

I have the 2.0. they lasted about 2 years. They have started picking up some interference with Bluetooth on.

Was never impressed with the pass-through audio on them.

In the market for something else in 2026. Watching thread.

Did they only last the 3 hours or was that as long as you used them for ?

they are that bad... ha-ha well that good to consider then. you might've just saved me a couple hundred $ thanks for the input
They did not work well for me, but everyone is different.
I have been using these for years and the work great with gel pads. Going to try these next.
