Eagle head goose or hybrid?

Thank for the help. That is what I thought it was before I pulled the trigger. Taxidermist friend is calling it a snow x Canada hybrid. His body and wings look straight Canada, not mottled like a blue.

Who knows, I’m super stoked. He is my first weirdo, and that was also my first speck. We don’t have to limit out to call it an amazing day.

Awesome bird, congrats!

Thanks! He, the speck, and about 5 lessers came in like they had been cleared by air traffic control for final approach after 3 passes. I couldn’t take my eyes off of him. He was feet down with the rest, and 3 shooters dropped 6 birds. It was epic!
