DWR treatment for Goretex Bivvy

Is there a newer methodology or product out for 'renewing' Goretex fabric, in this case a bivvy cover? I remember using a spray as a kid but it wasn't Goretex specific. My bivvy is old and I am looking for suggestions for a DWR treatment. Thanks!
