It's my first time hunting a sheep, local guidance I've got is to get ahold of Doug cranor.
Id like to have a viable plan to get in there by plane and get dropped off, walk a ridge or 4 and get eyes on a legal ram.
I've done a sheep hunt scouting tag along trip with a buddy, and I can find 10 days in September to go hunt it. What do y'all got for advice/contacts?

I’d call meekins. I’m fairly certain he flys that area. Even if you don’t fly with him he has a ton of info. But I wouldn’t call just to ask where to go.

I'm looking to charter a flight out and back, is gat something he's able/ willing to do? My timeline is a little restricted from some work obligations, really like to meet up with someone next weekend and talk if you have any contact info

Most people lined up air taxi in Feb when the results are out. Good one will have season already booked, even on draw areas so you best be calling asap and get something lined up if you want to fly out.
