Drop tine or shedding velvet? He’s still small but would hate to pass up a drop tine buck.
What you think it’s velvet hanging off or a drop tine. played with contrast in one

I think it’s velvet (bulb shape at the tip), but I’d probably ground check him.

Velvet is my guess as well, based on the shape of it. But, hard to tell without getting another look.
