Bought my 10 yr old son a Elite Ember, now he needs a new rest. Recommendations and better yet if you have one laying around let me know. LEFT HANDED.

I put a cable driven trophy taker on my sons (10yo) Mission Radik last year. It was a $25 plastic drop away. I don’t see the exact model for sale now, but they have a similar one for $35-$40 on Amazon.

It’s definitely a good step up from a whisker biscuit. More tune-able and doesn’t mess with your fletching.

He won his age/category in 4H archery last year. Not that that means a ton, but it shows it is accurate enough to be competitive at that age group.

His shooting has impressed me a lot, to the point I’ve considered giving him my Hamskea primer and upgrading my own rest.

I just put an old QAD HDX on my son’s Kolbolt. It’s solid and easy for him to use. Really most rests will work fine. Vapor Trail, Trophy Taker, QAD or whatever.
