You already can hunt them from your lazy boy, there's places out there where you can hunt them via webcam, control the gun from your computer screen and pull the trigger. Apparently it's called "internet hunting".Technology is getting out of hand.
Why not just hunt them with a drone from your lazy boy.
Curious what situation where you could physically get to the deer, but not haul them out? There are some places in the marsh where I am not sure I could get a deer out of . I drone would work and I would be glad to pay a few hundred dollars to have it done. However, there is no reason to fly it to the butcher , just to the truck. It is to the point now days that the hunt is completely lost , just like Fred Bear warned.
I promise you this isn’t that far away. This isn’t some Jetson’s stuff. I bet in the next 4-5 years guys will be doing this on YouTube to get behind private.Could this be used to corner cross??? Start a new business. Buy a $500k drone, drop hunters into remote backpack areas. The latest "advancement" in hunting, and redefining a "drop camp"......
The biggest difference I see is that anything helicopter related is fairly well regulated by the FAA, requires a great deal of planning and logistics, and is cost prohibitive in that it's expensive even for a one time use. Pretty soon (or right now) there will be heavy duty drones like this for people to buy and own, and based on the sample size we have with atv's and e-bikes we know people will be utilizing them illegally for the sake of laziness. They are already using helo’s, and that has fomented all sorts of hate and discontent.

Not nearly well enough or in a very enforceable manner. In the last few years alone I have had several instances of drones flying within close range of me while recreating on public land. Several times while fly fishing and one maddening instance while turkey hunting. I guarantee the FAA had no idea about any of them. Is that going to change with larger size drones like in this video?Drones are regulated by the FAA as well.
