Drew North Dakota. Now what?

I was lucky enough to draw a ND tag without any points. First decent draw I’ve ever had. I didn’t do much research prior just picked an area that I have a little familiarity with and threw my name in. Does anyone have any general pointers for hunting western ND pronghorn? Looks like there is at least a decent amount of public land in my unit.

Go out for a few drives in the coming weeks. They wont be far come season. I've drawn the last 3 years. PM for specifics.

I missed with 2 points.

Lots of public land in antelope country but often difficult to get far enough from roads and trails to escape the herds of drivers.

I’ve been spending a ton of time in western ND. I’ve seen some pretty good goats this year. I would definitely try to hold out for a nice buck.
