Draw length and arrow length

My draw length is 28” shooting 45lb, right now my arrows are at 31” is there a specific length I should start at with my arrows. Right now I’m 3” over my draw length and I’m think I should be at 1.5” and not 3”. Any suggestions??

Does not matter at all. Use arrow length to tune the arrow for best flight.

I have some set ups that are full length 32" arrows and some that are only a ¹/⁴ inch infront of the riser. Its just how the arrow tuned for the given set up.

One nice thing about longer arrows is that depending on your anchor point, it can decrease you gaps if you use the arrow to aim.
