Double Swarovski ME 1.7x

Anyone ever tried putting two ME together? Stupid question, I know. Just wondering if it will work. Trying to see if I can extend the magnification on the BTX.

It works, but it makes it noticably darker

You'll be cutting the light input down to an extreme. Maybe be usable high noon on a totally sunny day
