That's a pretty serious bilge pump you have rigged on the back. Where's the engine for the jet? Lol

Just search beavertail final attack on youtube. There are plenty of vids where people have even over powered this boat. It runs great. What makes this one unique is the console conversion and powered by water jet. We're not talking seadoo psycho, this is more like alternative simplicity. I built a water jet because I already had an unused water pump laying around. I was fortunate enough to pull off acquiring the boat. Buying an outboard is not a financial option for me. I put it on the car because I cannot buy a trailer yet. However, I designed it this way because safety was exactly on my mind. The console keeps me in the center of the boat and I balance the gear and my one little passenger. This thing is designed to carry a hunter, his gun, his decoys, and a ton of dead ducks on the bow plus all of the required safety equipment as well. Rated 420lbs. I weigh 185, Charlotte weighs 38, and my gear and motor are less than 50lbs, and my mods are less than 20lbs. At 293lbs total, there are no worries. I also intend to mold in +75-105 lbs buoyancy of pontoons under the hull to reduce drag, which will safely make the boat suitable for 2 so that I have no concerns as Charlotte grows. When she gets older, I look forward to towing her in an inflatable. No, it is no ski boat but she will love it all the same.Humans never cease to amaze me. I dont know about the stability, but Ill take your word on it. I havent been in your boat. Any type of video would be great. Even if it from a cell phone. I know its been said already, but safety first! From someone that has never been in this style of layout boat, from the look of it this thing makes my lower orifice clench. Atleast bass live in shallow ponds too. Its definitely interesting.

No worries, I am determined to get it on the water, one way or another. No way! Bumner, I was looking forward to seeing it in action. Well, at least you have a backup plan.
Keep after it
