Does the Kifaru Organiser Guide Lid (3 pockets version) make sense on a Kifaru 357Mag.

I know it could attach to the pack just wondering if the way the pack is shaped on top and also the way it opens, whether the extra lid makes sense and would even work?

Would love to hear opinions.

The 357 mag already has a 'lid' in the sense that there's a top pocket. Do you really need that much extra organization?

You'd also have to run two extra vertical straps down the front to secure the bottom part of the lid.

I'd get a larger pack before I added a lid to a 357 - or maybe run a Sherman instead.

Makes no sense on a pack that already is very pocket heavy.

Works, yes. Fits your needs, maybe. You’ll be the only one that can decide that.

I use a guide lid (or OGL) on all my frames and bags but haven’t needed it on my 357 or Tarryall.
