Does new adg brass new to be sized or trimmed before first firing?

The throats are typically are on the way-small side therefore requiring excessive force with the FL die- I have found it way easier to run them through the mandrel die and open them up before FL sizing.

The throats? are you talking about just having high neck tension and the expander ball going through them hard?

Ok thanks guys. This is the first adg 7 rem mag brass I have seen in a long time.

I will ask what length he trimmed too. Maybe an extra box or 2 of 50 if anyone is interested

yes- sorry- the necks. Extremely difficult on the upstroke pulling the expander back through on virgin ADG.
